Many people are familiar with the Myers-Briggs personality test… but for those who aren’t, here’s a brief explanation:

Myers-Briggs Personality Test

An assessment developed by a psychiatrist named Carl Jung. He theorizes that all personalities can be broken down into four basic social interaction styles and pairs of preferences for approaching each interaction. The result is 16 distinct personality types.

You can take the test by clicking here.

Once you know what personality type you fall under, it becomes MUCH easier to determine the type of intuition or meditative practice which will benefit you most.  But first, here’s a short refresher of each of the social interaction styles classified by Carl Jung. Simply click on each type to reveal the description.

The 16 Personality Types

Since each personality type is distinct, it makes sense (to me) that the method of accessing and utlilzing intuition would be unique as well.  Along with each personality type, you’ll find a suggestion for what technique might match best for it.
